For your second meal of the day, try Sole Meunière. For the most part, this classic dish consists of sole (filet or whole), battered in flour and dressed in a brown butter sauce.  Luckily, we now have the opportunity to visit some of the world’s best museums from home. Particularly, Google Arts & Culture offers a variety of collections to explore.
