In 1770, Duke Albert of Saxe-Teschen started a collection that would turn into Vienna’s prominent art museum today. The Albertina Museum holds an extensive collection of works from many great artists around the world. If you love seeing paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, and photography then you will enjoy spending a few hours at the Albertina Museum. Some of the famous names include Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, Amedeo Modigliani, Michelangelo, and Gustav Klimt to name a few.
