A must see temple complex

Wat Pho is a popular temple complex in Bangkok situated right next to the Grand Palace. The official name is Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Rajwaramahawihan. But most people opt to call it Wat Pho! Within the complex you can find a few temples, hundreds of buddha images, and colourful pagoda’s and prang’s (towers). As well as library and teaching halls (where you can get a Thai massage!) and of course, the giant reclining Buddha. Fun Fact, this reclining buddha is the biggest one in Thailand! While the temple is famous for its reclining buddha covered in gold leaf, the temple grounds are beautiful and intriguing. Wat Pho is definitely a must see attraction as it is one of the oldest temples in Bangkok.
